Your therapist will introduce themselves and explain how the session works. They'll ask what brought you in today — but there's zero pressure to share more than you're comfortable with. This is your space.

They'll ask about your background, daily life, and what's been on your mind. This isn't a test — it's a conversation to understand how they can best support you. You can ask them questions too.
~25 minWrapping up
Your therapist will summarise what you've discussed and suggest a direction for future sessions — if you want to continue. There's no obligation to commit. You decide.
~10 minAfter the session
You'll receive a summary through the Uplift app. If this therapist felt right, you can book your next session. If not, you can try a different therapist — your first session with them will also be 50% off.
